Processing Times
- All regular orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Custom or personalized orders may take longer to process. An estimated processing time will be provided when placing a custom order.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Pre-Orders
- For pre-orders, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate, and shipping times may vary depending on production or supplier delays.
- If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order items are ready to ship. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
